Respiratory function: difference between catabolic processes and anabolic processes

Respiratory function: The difference between catabolic processes and anabolic processes: – The respiratory activity takes place at 2 levels in our body.at the level of blood cells.

  1. at the level of tissue cells;
  2. at the level of tissue cells;

When breathing, we perform both levels of respiration. In Pranayama we perform breathing in a balanced manner in a systematic way. Pranayama improves the blood circulation of the brain and body and the endocrine glands function smoothly, which results in the recovery of the foreign substances of our body and brain from decay. The same benefits are also gained from running at high speed or other exercises because all those actions are also catabolic processes.

With all those actions, the digestion of excess fat and loss of blood circulation leads to health benefits. But pranayama not only increases blood circulation but also helps the endocrine glands to function smoothly. It has been proven that most diseases – such as diabetes, thyroid disease, high circulatory obstruction, obesity, neurological diseases – such as depression, confusion, tremor, etc. are all caused by uncontrolled functioning of the endocrine glands. Therefore, if Pranayama can make these glands work smoothly, then you can get freedom from all these people.
